Wiking 004505 – VW Golf I GTI

The radiator grille bears the fine, silver GTI letters and is surrounded by a red frame. In addition, the black decorative stripes, window borders and door handles are also implemented, as is the “Golf GTI” lettering on the rear. WIKING has turned the first generation Golf GTI into a model gem that is reminiscent of the Wolfsburg model. The 110 hp engine made the Golf more nimble than any other series compact car up to that point.

Chassis with black interior. Lemon yellow body printed with black decorative stripes and sealed with a clear varnish finish. Silver rims. Front grille frame in red with silver GTI letters. Black trim and door handles. Rear with silver logo and lettering of VW and GTI as well as red printed taillights. Headlights silvered by hand.
