Steam locomotive 141.R.1244 – An American in France.
Series 141.R. available for the first time in the Märklin range and immediately available from specialist retailers!
Prototype: Steam locomotive with oil tender 141.R.1244 for mixed operation, in the optical condition of the French State Railways (SNCF). Current operating condition, as the locomotive is currently operational at the Mikado 1244 association in Brugg in Switzerland.
Model: With mfx digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-performance drive with flywheel in the boiler. Four axles driven, three of which via coupling rods. Traction tires. Locomotive and tender largely made of metal. Smoke generator installed as standard. Headlights that change depending on the direction of travel and two red tail lights in conventional operation, can be switched digitally. Switch to a red tail light. Driver’s cab lighting, chassis lighting and firebox/burner flickering can each be switched digitally separately. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Close coupling with kinematics between locomotive and tender. Kinematic-guided close coupling with NEM shaft on tender. Buffer height on locomotive and tender according to NEM. Minimum radius for travel 360 mm.
Piston rod protection tubes and brake hoses are included.
Length over buffers approx. 27.9 cm.
