Plumber and heating contractor »Röhrig’s« business is located in a two-story brick building on a stone foundation. The use of pilaster and cornice as well as the arched lintels made of masonry and the cubic frieze below the cullis make for a well-balanced front composition. This model’s unique features are a large-scale advertisement on the gable wall and colored stones, forming a rhombic decoration in the bricking.
