Refunds – Returns

You have the right to return items purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by following the procedure below:

  • Contact by email at info@erail.gr where you inform us the reason for the return along with photos of the item, as long as any documentation is needed.
  • The items must be in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been violated.
  • The returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or the purchase invoice.
  • The shipping address is: ‘eRail Depot, Ethnikis Antistaseos 6, 190 06, Nea Peramos, Attiki’. The items must be returned in a package with the necessary protective equipment (blister-shrimp- or protective materials). Worn products due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are covered by us only in case of an error in our order or if a defective product has been shipped. For any other reason, shipping costs are borne by the customer. In any case, in order to maintain low shipping costs, ‘ELTA Couriers’ is used and the no. customer 148601.
  • When the items are received and it is found that they meet the above conditions, their value is refunded immediately minus the shipping cost if it occurs, to your bank account that you notify us by contact.
